Fast Shipping
Your items will be there in no time! Items can usually be sent out within 3 business days when in stock. Special order items will take longer. We will contact you before you order is fully processed with complete details.

You order will be sent by UPS, which is a 2-3 day service to most domestic destinations, and will include insurance and delivery/tracking confirmation. FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service) via Priority Mail are optional. Please call us to arrange these special deliveries.

Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 20 (twenty) days of the original receipt date for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on engraved, photo art, special order or custom made items, or if the receipt is marked FINAL unless due to manufacturing defect or Reid and Todd error. A restocking fee of up to 10% of the item price may be charged. No exchanges or refunds will be allowed if merchandise is not accompanied by original box(s) and sales slip(s) ,or if merchandise is damaged. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Merchandise purchased between November 26th and December 24th may be exchanged within 10 (ten) business days after Christmas (December 25th).

All returns MUST have a return authorization number (RA#) BEFORE being returned to Reid and Todd. To obtain a RA#, email with the following:

- Your name
- Contact information (email, Tel#, address, other contact info)
- Invoice number
- Item description
- Reason for return request

Your email will be researched and verified and response will be sent back to you within 48 business hours.

All returns must include a copy of the packing slip and be safely re-packed. Please use UPS or FedEx shipping methods and retain your tracking number until the credit is issued. Lost returned shipments are the sole responsibility of the client. Reid and Todd will inspect all returns for damage before a credit will be issued.
